Using Load Sync Pallet Design (PDS), the most advanced pallet design software available today, we can easily show you various pallet configurations along with load ratings and stress analysis to help identify the most cost-effective solution for each shipment.
Powerful Viking semi-automatic nailing machines help ensure fast and consistent pallet construction on large orders. On small orders, Bostich pneumatic hand nailers help drive our fast-paced production while maintaining our high quality standards.
We also partner with other pallet re-manufacturers to supply used/reconditioned pallets if required.
Mold-Free Pallets
FVWP routinely buys a large volume of pallet wood dipped in mold preventative. We also have the capacity to eliminate exposure to mold via kiln drying your pallets on site. Heat treating can also decrease the potential for mold. Deliberately rotating wood material inventories is another way we minimize the chance for mold. Tell us if your wood pallets or crates need to be mold free – we can meet the challenge.

For US Paper, space in the warehouse is always at a premium. Fox Valley manufactures and maintains inventory at their location and delivers on a 'just in time basis'. With this set up most orders are placed with a one day lead time. There have been cases when shipments are made the same day when the need arises.
Many orders on our paper machines are entered with no thought of what pallet is needed. Fox Valley Wood Products has made this possible with the inventory levels they maintain and the delivery service they provide.
