Fox Valley Wood Products was built on a strong foundation of hard work, integrity, and a passion for excellence. Guided by these principles, the company expanded under multiple generations of the Van Zeeland family. As the business grew, so did its commitment to core values—community involvement and compassion for those in need. From its early days to today, Fox Valley Wood Products remains dedicated to quality, customer service, and giving back to the community.

By supporting local non-profits and initiatives, Fox Valley Wood Products demonstrates that their success is not just measured by business achievements but also by the positive impact they have on the community they have called home for generations. Some of the nonprofits Fox Valley Wood Products has partnered with include Hope Clinic and Health Care, Alliance Church, St. Clare Catholic Church and its associated charities. 

Another organization is One Wrightstown. Wrightstown is a small village located in Northeastern Wisconsin. This place, nestled between Green Bay and Appleton, holds a special place in the hearts of Fox Valley Wood Products as the three generations of ownership have all called it home. This community is part of our heritage and our culture, and we are proud to support One Wrightstown, which strives to empower students and set them up for their future success. 

One Wrightstown offers a comprehensive range of support services, including rental assistance, food, clothing, educational needs, transportation assistance, utilities, mental health services, physical health services, and eyeglasses. Their mission is to eliminate barriers and ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive. Jeff Van Zeeland, President of Fox Valley Wood Products, is a founding member of this extraordinary organization and has been blessed to sit on the Board of One Wrightstown since its inception in 2018.

“One Wrightstown is a remarkable nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families with students,” says Van Zeeland. “It is personally gratifying to witness the hope, compassion, and support that OW brings to our community. The need for this support is greater than many might realize. Therefore, I wholeheartedly encourage individuals and businesses within our community to back the mission of One Wrightstown.”

With the invaluable support of dedicated teachers, pupil services, and community health providers, One Wrightstown (OW) effectively collaborates with students and families to address their fundamental needs. To date, OW has provided over $130,000 in local assistance, directly benefiting students and families within the Wrightstown Community School District. This support has been instrumental in areas such as health, clothing, education, food, shelter, and student grants.  Fox Valley Wood Products and its ownership group contribute thousands of dollars annually to this organization.

Through Jeff’s leadership as a board member, and dedication to One Wrightstown, they were recently selected as one of 50 local nonprofits to participate in a giving campaign called Give Big Green Bay.  This was a tremendous success and raised over $36,000 for OW.

Give BIG Green Bay is an online giving event designed to transform the way local residents think about and contribute to Brown County charities. The simple online giving platform, giveBIGgreenbay.org, provides a way for everyone to learn more about the work of selected nonprofits and donate, at any level, to causes they champion.

The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation use their community leadership platform to fuel excitement around the important work nonprofits do for the regional community and provide an opportunity for donor support.
